Recently bought a pair of Vintage JBL L100 Century Series Speakers and I am absolutely loving them. I believe them to be L100A (Late model) versions but if anyone knows better let me know. I have just ordered the Quadrex Ultra Blue Inserts to replace the straight black grills (not seen in this video) and also new foam rings for the tweeters which you can see are rotted out (common for these speakers given their age). Will post when I have done the upgrades. Stands are home made and the same pattern as those sold by JBL in the day. These are simply an unfinished test set of stands I made out of soft pine before I commit to buying the walnut wood and make a more permanent set...
